Happy Valentine’s Day!
While humans often exchange cards, candy, flowers and other goodies this day, I thought it would be fun to check out some of the ways animals and zoos celebrated the day.

Finally, the Hemsley Conservation Centre in the UK has taken a rather creative approach to celebrating the day by allowing people to name a cockroach after an ex or someone else you may not be particularly fond of. What a clever fundraiser!
